We use trusted shipping and courier partners such as ST Couriers (and others) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Once your order is confirmed and payment (if applicable) is successful, we strive to dispatch your package from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Typical processing time is [e.g., 1-2 business days] (you may want to specify your internal benchmark).
