Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

We deliver our products across all of India.

2. Shipping Partners

We use trusted shipping and courier partners such as ST Couriers (and others) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • For orders paid online (via card, net-banking, UPI, etc.), shipping is free.
  • For orders opting for Cash on Delivery (COD), a delivery/handling charge of ₹100 will apply.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed and payment (if applicable) is successful, we strive to dispatch your package from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Typical processing time is [e.g., 1-2 business days] (you may want to specify your internal benchmark).
Shipping transit time will depend on your location, but you can expect delivery within [e.g., 3-7 business days] after dispatch (subject to courier network & region).

5. Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment via our courier partner’s website/app.

 

6. Delivery Issues

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt again or leave a notice for you to pick up from a nearby location.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.
  • Please ensure you provide a complete and correct shipping address, including PIN code, mobile number and an alternate contact if possible, to avoid delays.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within [e.g., 24 hours] of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review and take appropriate action (replacement, refund) according to our return/refund policy.

 

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

9. Customers in Remote or Rural Areas

While we cover all of India, deliveries to very remote locations might experience longer transit times. We’ll keep you informed if there are special conditions in your area.
