Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned after the 7-day return window.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aramsei2018chennai@gmail.com and send your item to our outlet.
